About Blanche and Guy

- Hello and thank you for checking out our bead studio blog! We are Blanche and Guy and we live in Kfar Hanagid, Israel. Guy taught himself to make beads in the summer of 2004, while we lived in caliente hot San Antonio, Texas. What a great place to experiment with melting glass! He has been going strong ever since and really enjoys working behind the torch. He currently works most days on a Hell Cat torch, melting Moretti soft glass. He loves to teach kids of all ages about glass bead making and enjoys the life of an artist immensely! I'm Blanche and I'm the lucky one that gets to create funky beaded jewelry from Guy's fabulous beads. I try to list new items in our Etsy shop on a daily basis so please check back often!
